Cancellation Policy:

Appointments are made especially for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, it must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you have prepaid for the services or have a gift card, you will lose the amount paid if you do not show up or cancel within the 48 hour period.

Gift Card Policy

Allure Studios Salon and Spa and Spa gift cards are perfect for any one on any occasion and redeemable only at Allure Studios Salon and Spa location. Our gift cards can be used toward any salon or spa service and for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Allure Studios Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.

Credit Card Fee

Instead of uping our prices we are adding a credit card fee of 3% when you use a credit card.
